Table scape and setting service is a no hassle service. We can come in and style, decorate and set your tables in your colours and theme with everything you need from plates, cutlery, linen and glassware to the finer details of table decor and florals. All the little details are covered and set up for you, so you don't have to worry on your special day. There are two packages to suit your budget. DIY hire also available. RCS Weddings
& Table Styling Service
Setting and styling service for your hired, venue or existing tables. Up to 150 guests. If you are at a venue that does not require the provision of plates, glassware or cutlery...no problem, our packages can be tailored to suit your needs. A minimum hire applies.
Full Service Package
$14 + gst per person
DIY Package option
$10 + gst per person
*Batteries, tablecloths and dried florals arrangements not included.
Full Service Includes:
Wedding Consultation. Your hire is packed and delivered on the morning or day before your wedding, your tables are fully set and styled with your chosen table settings and decor
Full service also includes, assisting with your table arrangement on the day. Placement of your own items, such as, decor, menus, name cards and favours. Assistance in setting up and styling your wedding signage and reception tables.
Hire is overnight or two nights if required. Collection the morning after your wedding. All plates, glassware, cutlery, runners and napkins are taken off site and cleaned for you.

Colour options can be mixed. Please enquire with me if you don't see your style/colours. We work individually with each client to create your perfect aesthetic and have a range of coloured napkins and table runners.
DIY hire is weekend hire. 2 nights. Pick up Friday or Saturday / Drop off Sunday or Monday. All plates, glassware, cutlery is to be washed in a hot dishwasher before returning.
*Delivery and collection out side of the Tauranga/ Mount Maunganui/ Papamoa/ Te Puna /Te Puke area may be charged at 70c per km.
