Luxury Picnic’s are the perfect way to celebrate any special occasion, a special birthday, baby gender reveal, hens night or bridal shower. Suitable for set up inside and outside. Catering for up to 60 people.
Sip, chat and eat the afternoon away in style. All the little details are covered, right down to champagne buckets, ice and napkins. Picnics are delivered, set up, styled and packed down afterwards or you can simply choose the DIY hire to create your own gorgeous event!
Or what could be more romantic than cosy set up for two for a surprise proposal or wedding anniversary. Bask in the sun or under a shaded tree or tasselled umbrellas. Alternatively, book in a cozy cinema night picnic for those cooler months.

Full Service Picnic
Includes *delivery to your event location, set-up, styled, packed down, ice bucket, napkins, table runners, cutlery, plates and glassware cleaned. Hire is 4 hours, extended or overnight hire also available.
Beach set ups (on the sand) are an additional $50 due to the added difficulty of the set up. Beach set ups are a maximum 14 people. DIY hire for beach, you can have as many as you like.
$100 extra for picnics under 14 people.
$125 extra for picnics with 15- 32
$150 extra for picnics for 33 -44 people.
$175 extra for picnics 45 - 60
Prices are plus GST.
*Additional Travel fee may apply outside of Mount, Papamoa, Tauranga area.
DIY Romantic Picnics

DIY only. Overnight hire.
Picnics for two. Pick up and set up yourself for your loved one.
Includes ice bucket to chill your beverages. Rattan chairs & Umbrella
DIY Romantic Cinema Night
$200 + GST
DIY only
Hire is overnight. Includes all the romantic picnic setting does, plus big screen, projector and speakers & popcorn all set up for you to enjoy in your living room.
*You must provide your own laptop with streaming service to plug into projector
*Romantic Cinema can be set up indoors or in private sheltered backyard or courtyard only.
